The Project Manager is responsible for managing relationships with our artists through the creation and execution of marketing plans for new releases and our roster’s catalog. This role requires comprehensive internal and external communication and coordination, as well as a deep understanding of digital platforms and social media.

You will master the creation of specialized campaigns and excel in collaborating with partners to achieve objectives and provide functional support.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the portfolio of artist/label release campaigns based on the needs of each project and/or artist. These suggested plans must be backed by deep data analysis to propose actions aimed at achieving specific objectives.
  • Serving as the primary support for clients, identifying practical and effective solutions to their needs, and leading complex discussions.
  • Analyzing, monitoring, and identifying the performance of releases.
  • Ensuring cross-departmental collaboration within the marketing teams to achieve successful product performance.
  • Proposing targeted strategies tailored to the needs of each artist and record label.
  • Creating performance reports for specific releases.
  • Handling plans for international priority releases to provide specialized support from our Southern Cone territory.
  • Developing strategic relationships within the marketing department with external agents who can provide services for our artists.
  • Proposing and managing budgets of various sizes.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Relevant experience in digital marketing, working with DSPs (streaming platforms), a major or indie label, an entertainment company, artist management, music promotion, or a comparable organization, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of new trends in streaming platforms and playlists, brand management, artist development, public relations, digital marketing, and social media.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing a high volume of communications, meetings, and project administration.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity and a willingness to think outside the box.
  • Understanding of standard analytical tools for streaming and music marketing.
  • Advanced English
