About the Role

Create graphic design assets that are on-brand and aligned with ONErpm’s mission across the full range of digital and print needs.

• Balance strong design vision with client needs, deadlines, and budget constraints.

• Develop original concepts and follow the direction of the creative lead for:

• Social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Blog).

• Online and offline advertising (out-of-home), such as banners, billboards, merchandising, and other promotional materials.

• Create a variety of design assets, including album covers, lyric videos, and internal and external newsletters.

• Produce motion graphics and title design for branded and artist-related videos.

• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and signage.

• Research the latest trends in design, typography, photography, art, and music culture.

• Collaborate with other members of the design team, seek feedback on ideas, and deliver designs that reflect the team’s constructive critique.
