ONErpm is a global digital record label that aims to meet the needs of diverse musical artists across all genres, helping them develop their professional careers through various platforms and digital strategies.

Currently, ONErpm is seeking to fill the following position in Chile:

A&R Chile

Responsibilities:

- Identify artists, labels, and catalogs that are potential clients for the company and align with the office’s objectives and guidelines.

- Follow up with potential clients.

- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to assigned existing clients.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including catalog migration, YouTube channel inclusion into the company’s MCNs, and handoff to product managers.

- Ensure proper management of clients, their content, royalty splits, and other related matters via our internal systems.

- Train clients on the correct use of our platform.

- Ensure compliance with the commercial terms outlined in contracts, including content delivery, release schedules, and general commercial conditions.

- Promote and sell ONErpm’s digital distribution services and other offerings, in accordance with the company's sales and commercial strategies.

- Represent ONErpm in spaces and events aimed at acquiring new clients and strengthening the company’s brand and positioning.

- Actively contribute to the planning and development of ONErpm’s business strategies, including—but not limited to—action plans, business initiatives, and feedback on processes under their responsibility.

-Stay informed on the strategies, offerings, and activities of competitors within their area of operation.

Requirements:

 - Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing musical artists in Chile.

- Experience dealing with regional music labels and negotiating artistic contracts.

- Strong negotiation skills, highly proactive and dynamic, with excellent communication abilities and deep understanding of the music industry.
