About The Role: 

ONErpm seeks to hire a Sr A&R Representative who will be part of the APAC Business Development team and ensure that artists and label partners are supported to reach their fullest potential. As a business development professional for ONErpm, the hire will have strong skills in prospecting, relationship building, creative deal structuring and negotiation skills. With a full understanding of ONErpm’s business model, the hire will convey ONErpm unique value proposition to local artists, artists managers and music attorneys. 

Responsibilities 

*Responsible for prospecting and dealing with closed deals. tier 3+ clients be comfortable wither higher tier artists - ability to create business tructure and be creative ; looking for new contracts and business possibilities with artists, entrepreneurs and labels

*Onboard, deal completion and growth of existing clients - be a business consultant to the client

*Prepare proposals and submit to legal / local management for analysis and progress.

*Attend the accounts you close and also those assigned to you.

*Maintain contact with the PM - Project Manager and assist in delivering information on relevant releases. Keep the PM - Project Manager abreast of new projects from a client and potential songs that the client may release.

*Fill in and keep updated your worksheets with project and customer data, organized for better flow by your superiors.

*Support and mentor more Jr A&R in the team

*Monitor the development and execution of digital marketing, as well as guidelines for Social Media, website traffic and Leads.

*Carry out constant visits to priority customers and encourage new launches.

*Monitor changes in the behavior of your customers and the market as a whole, in order to alert you to promising deals.

*Monitor the activities of the competition, with regard to prices, launches and movements.

*Actively participate in events and meetings that bring business opportunities.

*Comply with internal regulations, rules and procedures for health, hygiene and safety at work inherent to the area, as well as observing compliance requirements and compliance with regulations pertaining to the company.

*Carry out other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of your immediate superior, provided that they are qualified and are in accordance with your knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

  • Music industry expert with 4 to 7 years of experience in A&R, business development, and/or directly contributing to the growth of labels, artist management firms, distributors or other relevant segments of the music ecosystem. 

  • Thai and English language

  • Strong business and financial acumen, including prior experience meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets. Able to track record of business development success in music, and/or in label or artist acquisition/relations at a distributor, and/or success in other relevant facets of the music industry.

  • Strong analytics and an understanding of deal economics, projections, and valuations

  • Established relationships across the ecosystem with artists, managers, DSPs and other partners, and will have a track record of getting things done.

  • Demonstrated prospecting, relationship building, creative deal structuring and negotiation skills.  

  • Degree in business admin, experience in sales equivalent experience preferred. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
