About The Role: 

We’re searching for a driven individual who can help us streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality across all departments. The operations specialist should be comfortable communicating with people throughout the organization, able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

Summary description:

Supervising and supporting the business unit (BU) operations, overseeing timely album approval, and providing operational support for internal clients and artists with signed accounts. Handling communication with other departments and partners to resolve corresponding requests. Regularly monitoring priority releases of BU to ensure timely and correct releases, and prevent possible issues with release, solving problems with releases timely and efficiently.

Main responsibilities:

  • Organization of support (tickets/emails) and approval of albums from priority artists, supervising whether the operational support is being provided correctly and within the deadline and in compliance with the rules of digital music platforms and ONErpm;
  • Communication with digital music platforms and other company departments to resolve issues regarding content deliveries and status, as well as access, corrections, and profile checks of signed accounts;
  • Provide technical support, guiding and training users in the use of software offered by the company;
  • Consult about ONErpm services, support artists with signed accounts regarding access and exploitation of the account;
  • Comply with the internal regulations, safety standards, and procedures inherent to the area, as well as observe compliance requirements and compliance with regulations relating to the company;
  • Develop other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of your immediate superior, as long as you are qualified and are under your knowledge and experience.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Confident PC user (MS Office, CRM, Billing, Digital Music Streaming Platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and stress resilience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
