JD - Digital Designer
Your Mission: As a Digital Designer, you will be the visual engine behind our releases and corporate communication. Your main mission will be to translate the identity of our artists and the brand into impactful graphic pieces for the digital environment. You will be in charge of conceptualizing, designing, and adapting visual materials that ensure a coherent and attractive aesthetic presence on social media, streaming platforms (DSPs), and internal communication channels.
What You Will Bring (Responsibilities and Desired Skills):
- Design and production of graphic assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter) for both the company profiles and artist campaigns.
- Creation of specific banners and promotional materials for digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube), ensuring compliance with each partner's style guides.
- Adaptation of key visuals and release covers to different formats and resolutions for use in digital marketing and newsletters.
- Close collaboration with the Marketing and A&R teams to understand the creative vision of each project and visually translate it.
- Support in basic video editing or creation of motion graphics for dynamic promotional pieces (Desirable).
- Development of high-impact visual presentations for internal or external (B2B) use.
- Management and organization of the company's graphic archive, ensuring quick access to current materials.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of video editing and animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a big plus.
- Excellent aesthetic eye, attention to detail, and mastery of typography, composition, and color.
- Ability to work agilely and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Creativity to propose innovative visual solutions that stand out in the feed.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and work in a team.
- Intermediate English level (for reading guides and global communication).
