About the role:  

The International Marketing Manager is responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between teams across different territories to ensure the development and growth of selected ONErpm artists in international markets. This consultancy position is for a fixed term of four months, covering a temporary leave replacement.

Responsibilities:  

Support to International Artists & Labels:

  • Identify local marketing and growth opportunities for selected international projects.
  • Effectively communicate and manage relationships with Project Managers, BUs, A&Rs, artists, managers, and other stakeholders in selected international projects.
  • Design high-impact marketing strategies & timelines for product releases, artist marketing campaigns, and catalog opportunities
  • Research and understand the performance of selected projects at any given time.
  • Design pitch documents and updates for internal stakeholders to support communication with external business partners (DSPs, Press, Radio, Brands, Events)
  • Lead the communication strategy and positioning strategy of the international projects
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate artist/product marketing campaigns and long-term positioning objectives consistently aligned with the repertoire owner's overarching objectives.
  • Work with local artists, labels, PR, Catalog, and institutional marketing teams to seek and secure new business opportunities, such as musical collaborations, media interviews, synch and licensing, event participation, and others.
  • Manage marketing budgets with an ongoing understanding of each project's local P&L.
  • Plan, organize, and design reports to communicate with stakeholders and internal teams on campaign results, chart activities, DSPs & media placements, audience & streams growth, recommending action to be taken where necessary
  • Identify events, festivals, music conferences, and local government support (music/art programs only) that align with the selected artists/labels and facilitate the connection/communication process with the support and previous approval of Institutional Marketing.
  • Participate in selected events (previously approved by Institutional MKT and Artistic MKT leads) to present successful cases of ONErpm international artists in the regions. Connect with potential ONErpm clients/partners (media, DSPs, events, festivals) in roundtables and networking sessions.

Qualifications:

* Relevant marketing experience with music streaming through a major/indie label, an entertainment company, streaming platform or management or comparable organization - generally gained through 7 or more years of experience ·  

* Bilingual in English/French +++ enabling effective communication across diverse audiences. German is a +.

* Outstanding organizational and time management skills that enhance productivity.

  • Familiarity with public relations and media planning/buying, along with a strong comprehension of traditional and digital media landscapes, enabling the delivery of strategic insights.
  • Experience in event planning and production, including logistics and booking processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively to manage timelines and deadlines.
  • Proficient in standard software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Chartmetric), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.


**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

The performance of the International Artists & Label Manager will be evaluated based on the impact of their work in the following areas:

    • Revenue and streaming growth rate in each market for all selected projects
    • Growth and engagement rate of the fan base for all selected artists
    • Increased market share of ONErpm’s international projects
    • Satisfaction levels of Project Managers, A&Rs, BUs and selected artists and labels concerning services and communication processes
