About The Role:
Based out of Malaysia, ONErpm seeks to contract a D2f/Advertising Specialist who will lead the regional advertising, influencer marketing, institutional advertising, platform relationships, trend-spotting and taking-off tracks across socials ; duties will include mailers and blog writing, data collection (including IP, SMS, & email), creative ideation and execution for our biggest priority acts.
Responsibilities
*Collaborate with the marketing and A&R teams on campaign creation, execution and ideation for the company and our artists. Familiarity with social media culture and platform advertising (Tiktok, Meta, Google, etc.) is necessary in order to execute these tasks. |
*Setting clear, respectful, and collaborative communication with members of the teams from all territories taking into consideration differences in needs, goals, structure, and culture. This is an important responsibility in order to create a positive global integration and environment in addition to good results in performance and experience. |
*Provide monthly reports/case studies highlighting successes and failures |
*Work closely with the Knowledge department to ensure all relevant training material is produced and updated regularly in all languages considered necessary by the team to make sure all territories have access to the same information and opportunities. Ensuring all leaders collaborate and use the same global platform to share their material following common global guidelines is important to make this process efficient. Qualifications: *Desirable Higher Education in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, plus specialization courses *Desirable over 4 years of experience in related activities. Background in music marketing or agency-work is a plus. * Fluent in English - * Soft Skills : team player, creative thinker, global culture skills, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, good communication, presentation, business planning, and decision-making. |
