OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

 Provide support of greater administrative and operational complexity to BUs, offices and Heads of the area of expertise, providing solutions and quick responses aimed at clarifying doubts and solving problems related to the YouTube platform

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Observe and protect the compliance with SRAV agreement, Channel Accountability and YouTube Community Guidelines policies, staying in tune with its rules, standards and parameters in all operational tasks as a whole 

- Provide support to the BUs and offices as a whole, providing support for YouTube's operational functions, such as update, redelivery, takedown, download of reports, channel invitation, video audit, Content ID management etc.

- Provide support to the internal team, directing them to the appropriate areas according to their needs, such as extrajudicial notifications, copyright conflicts, direct contact with stores about any distribution issue, among others.

- Comply with internal regulations, rules and procedures for health, hygiene and safety at work inherent to the area, as well as observing compliance requirements and compliance with regulations pertaining to the company.

 - Carry out other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of your immediate superior, provided that they are qualified and are in accordance with your knowledge and experience.
