Responsibilities

• Develop advanced dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze and interpret complex data using Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize data workflows and enhance analytical processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Communicate findings effectively through clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Lead Business Intelligence initiatives that contribute to strategic planning and overall business 

Requirements

• Strong experience with data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide relevant insights for business areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, creating impactful analyses, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience with SQL and DBT to support data analysis and workflow optimization. 
• Knowledge of Python and cloud architecture will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
