Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the entire design process, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
• Complex Workflow Simplification: Translate intricate music distribution processes (e.g., audio uploading, rights management, and DSP delivery specs) into frictionless user journeys.
• User Research: Connect with artists, record labels, and internal operations teams to conduct surveys and use responses to validate design solutions.
• Data Visualization: Design clear, actionable dashboards for analytics, royalty payouts, and streaming performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Regularly connect with the Creative Director for brand alignment. Also work with Product Managers and Engineers to balance technical constraints (like platform API requirements) with user needs.
• Design System Scaling: Help maintain and scale our component library to ensure visual consistency and fast development cycles.

Requirements

•  (3+) years of experience as a Product/UX/UI Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS, complex dashboards, or digital media platforms;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving process, data visualization skills, and clean visual design;
• Expert knowledge of Sketch/Figma(including advanced components, auto-layout, and prototyping);
• Passion for the music industry, creator economy, or digital streaming ecosystems;
• Business-level English to collaborate with international teams and document design decisions.
