About the Position

We are looking for a People & Culture Assistant to support HR operations, recruiting activities, and employee experience initiatives. This role will act as a central point of contact for internal processes, systems, and engagement activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our offices. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point for the employee access control system across all offices
  • Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., monthly celebrations, onboarding kits)
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and support recruiting processes (scheduling, candidate communication)
  • Maintain and update employee records in Rippling (employee app)
  • Manage documentation and ensure proper organization of HR policies and communications in Drive
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Manage internal communications (birthdays, holidays, key updates)
  • Maintain P&C calendar and monitor participation in internal programs (e.g., English classes)
  • Support process improvements and reporting to designed areas
  • Provide support across all P&C activities as required by the direct manager

Requirements

  • Degree (or currently in final years) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Hands-on profile with strong organizational skills
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership
  • Openness to receiving feedback and continuous learning mindset
  • English skills are a plus
